Our high quality die casting zinc alloy pins are perfect for 3D relief design, multi-layered 2D design, big size badges, even great for the designs with mechanical functions such as moving and spinning pieces, and Gem Stones inlaid are workable.

Zinc alloy pins are made by injection molding process, all the inner cutouts or open areas can be done without any extra cut die charge. Colors can be filled with imitation hard enamel, soft enamel colors and various finishes (bright/matte/antique) are applicable.
