It is so proud to share with you that we are the ONLY factory in China to insist on hard enamel process. It is 100% hand made. The most difficult part is color filling process and the baked process. Only the workers with more than 10 years working experience have the chance on filling the hard enamel colors to make sure its quality. Then it is baked under 850 degree, that’s the secret why it could withstand the high temperature outdoors. Unlike the imitation hard enamel colors, the colors could not be produced as per pantone colors and it has to be produced as our color chart. Usually nickel plating and chrome plating is preferred plating for the car badges. Chrome plating is more durable.
